Conclusion: In patients with high risk EBC, adjuvant abemaciclib ET has an acceptable safety profile and tolerability is supported by PRO findings. Most AEs were reversible and manageable with comedications and/or dose modifications, consistent with the known abemaciclib toxicity profile.

Sarah Mougalian, Yale Cancer Center4yrIs this consistent with your practice? I would say that I need to dose reduce and/or hold (in addition to add anti-diarrheal) in a small majority of patients. I certainly do not find this an easy drug to prescribe.
