Conclusion: Smaller tumor size is associated with better OS and less lymph node involvement in pT1 BRCA1/2-associated BC patients. The results suggest that early detection in BRCA1/2 mutation carriers of pT1a/b BC may reduce mortality and the need for systemic therapy.

Albert Dekker4yrSome other papers that I seen suggested the opposite. This is actually very important with both Lynparza and verzenio used for same group of patients
impact of morbidity and disability on attendance at organised breast cancer screening programmes: A systematic review and meta-analysis
Abstract. Individuals with morbidity, experience worse breast cancer outcomes compared to those without. This meta-analysis assessed the impact of morbidity on breast cancer screening attendance and subsequent early detection (PROSPERO...
Conclusion: Consensus is required to determine a standardised approach on how best to identify those with morbidity and determine solutions for overcoming barriers to screening participation based on specific morbidity profiles.

Conclusions: In patients with HER2-positive early BC treated with modern anticancer therapies, young age did not demonstrate either prognostic or predictive value, irrespective of hormone receptor status.
Intraoperative Lymph Node Assessment (Touch Preparation Only) for Metastatic Breast Carcinoma in Neoadjuvant and Non-neoadjuvant Settings
Context.-. Touch preparation (TP) alone is discouraged for intraoperative lymph node (LN) assessment in the neoadjuvant setting (NAS) owing to overall low sensitivity in detecting metastatic breast cancer.Objective.-. To compare...
Conclusions: In NAS, intraoperative TP alone should be used very cautiously owing to high false-negative rate of macrometastasis, especially for patients with invasive lobular carcinoma and known axillary LN metastasis before neoadjuvant therapy.
Adjuvant Abemaciclib Combined with Endocrine Therapy for High Risk Early Breast Cancer: Safety and Patient-Reported Outcomes From the monarchE Study - PubMed

Conclusion: In patients with high risk EBC, adjuvant abemaciclib ET has an acceptable safety profile and tolerability is supported by PRO findings. Most AEs were reversible and manageable with comedications and/or dose modifications, consistent with the known abemaciclib toxicity profile.

Albert Dekker4yrNot easy to tolerate; all patients who I started required dose reduction -
Breast Cancer Connect4yrThanks for your contribution, [~ @yale.edu] ! What has the experience of others been with respect to AEs? Have others reduced dose as well? Please share.
