Conclusions/Relevance: We report a significant association between SNP in IL-2 (rs2069762) and reduced PFS and OS (p<.0001). We suggest a role for cytokine SNPs in disease outcome, while SNPs seem not related to long-term toxicity or secondary malignancies.
