Conclusions: ETV6/RUNX1-positive pediatric ALL showed an excellent outcome but lack of independent prognostic significance in South China. However, for older patients who have the ETV6/RUNX1 fusion and slow response to therapy, to opt for more intensive treatment.

Conclusions: Tisagenlecleucel induced high initial response rates in a contemporary cohort of pediatric and AYA patients with B-ALL. However, 48% of patients experienced subsequent disease relapse, including 6 with antigen-escape variants. This highlights a considerable limitation of single-agent autologous CD19-CAR T-cell therapy. Pretreatment...

Characterization of Extramedullary Disease in B-ALL and Response to CAR T-cell Therapy - PubMed

Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cells effectively eradicate medullary B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and can traffic to and clear central nervous system (CNS) involvement. CAR T-cell activity in non¬contral nervous...

Conclusions: CAR T-cells are active in B-ALL non-CNS EMD. Still, non-CNS EMD response to CAR T-cells may be delayed and sub-optimal, particularly with multifocal disease. Serial FDG PET-CT scans are necessary for identifying and monitoring non-CNS EMD.

Conclusion: We have demonstrated the impact of MRD testing in MM using MFC with a long follow-up data, suggesting its routine incorporation in monitoring the disease independent of the immunofixation status.
