    Prior studies have been conflicting on skeletal involvement as an independent risk factor for cns recurrence, so many would not provide cns prophylaxis solely on that basis. While interesting, this work should be confirmed by larger series and cns ipi remains the standard risk tool for determining who should be considered for cns prophylaxis.
