Conclusion: Despite significant gains in PFS over AF, it is not a cost-effective treatment for HR , HER2− ABC in the USA at current drug prices.

    In the text of the paper, the authors also looked at cost effectiveness of the abemaciclib/fulvestrant combination in Italy and Germany compared to placebo/fulvestrant, and they found that ICER was less than the willingness-to-pay threshold in Europe. What's the difference? drug prices in the U.S.
