To our knowledge, these are the first cases reported in the literature of new-onset advanced AV blocks in patients under treatment with CDK4/6Is, suggesting the clinical relevance of a more frequent ECG monitoring, besides the QT interval, in these patients.

    [~Albert--Dekker--aldekker@ ] I think we don't know that it is a causative association--but as abemaciclib carries an adjuvant indication (and heavy marketing presence on TV!) and ribociclib has demonstrated overall survival (whereas palbociclib has not), it's something to be aware of...
