Okay! ASCO presentations have started to roll in, with the metastatic data presented on Saturday afternoon and a practice-changing plenary on Sunday.

    The data from DESTINY-Breast04 showed median PFS 9.9 months with T-DXd and 5.1 months in physician's choice group, and OS 23.4 months and 16.8 months, respectively. This opens up another treatment option for a new category of breast cancers: HER2 "low" (defined as IHC 1+ or 2+/non-amplified by ISH).
