Conclusions: In this feasibility study, a bicalutamide-induced reduction in [18F]-FDHT uptake could be detected by follow-up [18F]-FDHT-PET in patients with AR MBC. However, this change could not predict bicalutamide response.

Conclusions: Palbociclib and ribociclib showed lower LHHs for haematological toxicities and abemaciclib for diarrhea. Palbociclib confirmed to be a manageable drug. The LHH appears to be a reliable synthesis tool for balancing risks and benefits of experimental drugs when head-to-head comparisons are missing.
