ABSTRACT The metabolic gene isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 ( IDH1) is commonly mutated in lower grade glioma (LGG) and secondary glioblastoma (GBM). Regulatory T cells (Tregs) play a significant role in the suppression of antitumor immunity in human glioma.
